College humor, you should make a video titled "Therapy appointment" and it should be this guy who comes in and he doesn't actually need a therapist, he just somehow ends up only talking about his accomplishments, and every time the therapist tries to make use of himself, he finds that the patient just makes him feel like he is unneeded and unimportant. It seems so stupid lol...
