I fucking hate those types of people. At work I sometimes pitch ideas or work optimizations to one of my supervisors which is instantly met with grumps and negativity, just for the supervisors come up with this same "great idea" in one of their management meetings. Some other supervisor will come up to me and explain to me what I came up with. I can just already see their smug faces sitting around sipping coffee all day just patting each other on the back. It's a fucking echo chamber of arrogance.
